the founder
Efemena and I spent years in global consulting and tech, and we saw a recurring, frustrating pattern: brilliant professionals were stuck in menial or junior roles. It wasn't a lack of ambition; it was a lack of the right skills and training that actually translated to the real world.
We started 10Alytics to change that. By focusing on experiential learning and industry-tested training, we've built a direct bridge from the classroom to the boardroom.
But we didn't just build a school; we built a Tribe. We created the community we wished we had - one that doesn't let you quit when the work gets tough. If you're ready to put in the work, we have the infrastructure to help you win.
