With 8 years' software engineering experience, David specialises in building scalable, reliable web systems, driving performance, uptime, and strong engineering execution across product releases. At 10Alytics, he focuses on creating seamless learner journeys, strengthening platform security and operational excellence, and enabling teams to ship faster through clear standards, automation, and measurable quality. 10Alytics is trusted by 15,000+ students globally and is committed to delivering industry-relevant tech education with a strong emphasis on data security and compliance.

Aisosa is an executive Operations Leader and the Head of Learning Strategy and Operations at 10Alytics, where he leads the design, optimization, and scale of high-performance learning and operational systems. He specializes in translating vision into execution, building structured frameworks that align strategy, people, processes, and performance metrics into one cohesive engine. With cross-border experience working and consulting with organizations in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Nigeria, Aisosa has led complex, multi-layered initiatives that require precision, clarity, and disciplined execution. He is known for orchestrating environments with dozens of moving parts, ensuring operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
